Accessibility statement for this website

AGEN-C K is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. This page is also our portfolio: a service that delivers accessibility conformance must hold its own website to the same standard it sells.

Conformance status

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — which also satisfies the WCAG 2.1 AA baseline referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act. We claim full conformance for all pages of this site: the service page and this statement.

What we built in

  • Semantic HTML throughout — landmarks (header, main, footer), exactly one h1 per page, and a logical heading order.
  • Full keyboard operability, including a skip link to the main content and visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • Color contrast at or above WCAG AA ratios for all text, with no information conveyed by color alone.
  • The FAQ uses native disclosure elements (details/summary), operable by keyboard and announced correctly by screen readers.
  • All animation is decorative, brief, and fully disabled when the operating system's reduced-motion preference is set. The page is complete and fully readable with JavaScript disabled.
  • Text resizes to 200% without loss of content or function; layouts reflow for small viewports and zoomed displays without horizontal scrolling.
  • Sentence-case typography, a minimum body size of 17px, and line lengths held to a readable measure.

How we tested

  • Automated testing with axe-core against every page — zero violations is our shipping bar.
  • Manual keyboard-only walkthroughs of all interactive elements and focus order.
  • Screen reader spot checks of landmarks, headings, link purpose, and the FAQ disclosures.
  • Viewport testing from 320px width upward, and at 200% browser zoom.
  • Reduced-motion verification with the OS preference enabled.

Known limitations

No accessibility limitations are currently known. If you find one, we want to hear about it — finding accessibility gaps is literally our job.
